Personalised one-to-one coaching with up to 120 training sessions
This programme is aimed at participants covered by SGB III who require support through coaching sessions to improve their technical and/or general language and communication skills, in order to stabilise their entry into employment or to secure their employment during the probationary period.

Sometimes there are linguistic or cultural misunderstandings with colleagues or line managers. Or you still have so many questions about formal matters such as holiday requests, reporting sick, payslips, pension and long-term care insurance…

The formal requirements for funding from the Employment Agency or the Jobcentre are that you:
- belong to one of the target groups described above,
- can provide evidence of an employment or apprenticeship contract, and
- convince our advisers during a face-to-face intake interview that you are prepared to invest a great deal of energy and commitment into this coaching so that it leads to success for you.
You can then apply for an Activation and Placement Voucher (AVGS) for this programme.
How do you obtain your activation voucher?
- Please first arrange a face-to-face appointment for a consultation, during which we will work out together whether coaching is the right option for you.
- We will provide you with a written programme proposal, which you should submit to your employment adviser.
- Your employment adviser may issue you with an activation and placement voucher (AVGS), which you can redeem with us. (The programme number will be announced shortly.)
- We settle the costs directly with the Agentur für Arbeit or the Jobcenter.
These courses are certified in accordance with AZAV by the Hanseatic Certification Agency (HZA). Our quality is assessed in annual audits carried out by the HZA.
