- 4. Lernfortschritt und Abschluss
During and at the end of the training, learning progress can be assessed and documented. Participants receive a certificate of attendance; suitable language exams or certifications can also be added on request.
- 5. Evaluation and Next Steps
After the training, we review the results together and discuss the next steps. This allows the training to be continued in a targeted way or adapted to new requirements as needed.

Yes. Corporate training can take place at your company, at inlingua Lübeck, online or in a hybrid format. The most suitable option depends on factors such as the number of participants, working hours, location and training objectives.
- Do you also offer one-to-one training for managers or individual employees?
Yes. One-to-one training is particularly suitable for individual learning objectives, confidential work-related topics or employees with limited scheduling flexibility. Both the content and training times can be tailored specifically to the individual.
- Can the training content be tailored to our industry?
Yes. In addition to general business and professional language skills, the training can incorporate specific workflows, industry terminology and typical communication situations from your company.
- Are there funding options available for German courses in the workplace?
For certain target groups and subject to specific eligibility requirements, funded programmes may be available, including job-related vocational German language courses (Job-BSK). The funding options available depend on the individual circumstances and the applicable eligibility criteria. We would be happy to advise you on the most suitable options.
- How is the employees’ language proficiency assessed?
Before the training begins, participants’ current language proficiency can be assessed through a placement test. This allows realistic learning objectives to be defined and participants with comparable proficiency levels to be grouped together effectively.
- Do participants receive a certificate?
After completing the training, participants’ achieved or completed level can be documented. Depending on the objective, suitable language exams or certifications can also be arranged.
- Does inlingua Lübeck also support the integration of international skilled professionals?
Yes. In addition to German language training, we offer job coaching, language coaching and support directly in the workplace. This allows linguistic, communication-related and intercultural challenges in everyday working life to be addressed in a targeted way.
